I'm not too sure which facial to choose, what should I book in for?

Book in for The Classic  60 min.  At your appointment we will do a thorough skin analysis and may switch services according to the time frame you booked in for. Together, we will pick the perfect treatment for you depending on your skin concerns/goals at your appt.

How often should I receive a facial?

We recommend once a month for skin maintenance and optimal results!

Should I expect breakouts after the facial?

It’s very possible! Your skin can go through a purge. Meaning everything underneath the skin is surfacing to remove all the congestion/breakouts. It’s part of the healing process, and a great way to clean everything out!

If I have a special event, how far in advance should I book my facial?

If you are acne prone it would be best to do 1.5 weeks before the event since the skin can go through a purge. If you are not acne prone, 2-3 days before the event would be ideal!

Pre/Post Care

Avoid the use of any exfoliants/retinols 3-4 days before and after your appt. Avoid any extreme heat, hot tubs, sweating 24 hours after your appointment. If you have received botox/fillers/injections please wait 14 days after to book your facial

I'm pregnant, can I receive a facial?

Yes! We will customize a facial together to make sure all ingredients are safe for you and your baby!

Male clients must be through existing client referrals, thank you for understanding!

Policies

Deposit

A $30 non refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment and is deducted from the total cost of your service at the time of your appt. You will not be charged an additional $30 fee if you are rescheduling your appt only within the 48 hour time frame.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

We require 48 hour notice of any reschedules/cancellations. Any cancellations/reschedules made after the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to pay an additional $30 deposit for any new bookings.

Late Arrivals

A late arrival can take away from your treatment time.
All treatments must end accordingly to your booked time to ensure fairness to others. We want to be able to provide the best service for you so please try your best to arrive on time!

Extra Guests

At this time, no extra guests will be allowed in the treatment room

Sickness/Covid-19

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be penalized if you are presenting with cold like symptoms. But please do let us know right away!
