Rescheduling and cancellation
To secure your appointment, a card on file is required. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours, 80% of the service fee will apply. In the case of a no-show, the full service fee will be charged. We completely understand that life happens, and we appreciate your understanding.
Late arrivals
A late arrival can take away from your treatment time. All treatments must end accordingly to your booked time to ensure fairness to others. We want to be able to provide the best service for you so please try your best to arrive on time!
If you’re sick…
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. You will not be penalized if you are presenting with cold like symptoms. But please do let us know right away!
Extra guests
At this time, no extra guests will be allowed in the treatment room.
What if I don’t have major skin concerns?
