She was incredibly gentle and thoughtful in her approach to my skin, making sure to have read my intake form and my preferences for what I wanted to improve with my skin. With every step, Alicia took her time. She also provided the most amazing shoulder massages!! I needed to add a product to purchase which Lauryn was able to help include in my checkout notes prior to my appointment. Had my first facial appointment with Alicia last Saturday. She was amazing. She was very gentle and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of pointers on how to take care of my skin and made sure I have established a good routine to take care of my skin. My face looks clear and healthy up until now. The products they used are good specially the tinted sunscreen that was applied after my treatment. I highly recommend Clear Complexions Co for their friendly staff and good service. My friend is a long term client of this salon and has been trying to get me to try them out for a long time and finally had a chance to book with April! The salon is super clean and tranquil. I loved the room set up and the bed is super comfy. I booked the bespoke acne facial and April was able to customize a facial for my skin type and concerns. I think this is the first time my acne has looked so calm and my facial complexion looks so clean. I’ve always had acne issues, either with scaring or bad breaks out. I have a combo skin with greasy/dry forehead (depending on the season), dry flaky nose, and greasy around my cheeks and my chin reacts with my hormone. When I arrived, Lauryn (the owner) immediately put me at ease with her friendly and bubbly demeanor. She listened attentively as I described my skin concerns and needs, even though I wasn't entirely sure where to focus due to my skin's unpredictable nature. I’m only in town for more 3 days since I’m traveling from Seattle. Lauryn expertly identified the right approach for my skin and recommended a laser treatment as the best low-maintenance option. Although I was initially apprehensive about the laser procedure, Lauren explained it thoroughly and assured me that it would be quick and manageable. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, with a mild, warm sensation. After that she gave me lotion to maintain the procedure. After I had asked her if it’s alright to go in the sun since a lot of people who finish aren’t suppose to touch sun at all. She said it’s fine as long as I’m not tanning my face which is awesome! Super fun, super enjoyable, and super lovely to do business with. The results after one day was incredible! I wish had taken pictures with before and after… my skin is glowing, it’s so nice to feel comfortable and confident in my own skin without makeup.
